Purposes of processing and legal basis for processing.
On this website we will take the necessary data to:
- Create an active user account to be able to have first-hand the minimum information necessary to be identified on the web. This treatment is based on a pre-contractual action prior to being able to contract any of our services (Art. 6.1.b GDPR). If you do not provide us with any of the data necessary for the creation of the profile, you can only browse the website without being able to move forward in the event that you request any of our services.
- Contract and manage our telemedicine services or medical packages. This treatment is reduced in the contractual relationship that binds you to our medical professionals (Art. 6.1. b GDPR) and by the legal obligation to collect certain health data by Law 41/2002, of 14 November, Basic Regulation of Patient Autonomy and of Rights and Obligations in the Field of Information and Clinical Documentation (Art. 6.1.c GDPR). If you do not provide us with any of the necessary data, we cannot proceed with the contracted medical treatment.

Assignments and categories of recipients and international transfers.
In the event that you decide to contract our telemedicine service, your personal and health data will be known by the corresponding specialists who will apply the contracted medical-surgical treatment. If you hire our medical package service, your data will be transferred to our partner travel company, which will forward your data to other treatment providers such as airlines, hotels, hospitals and collaborating clinics.
Your data will not be transferred to any country outside the Community that does not comply with the guidelines laid down in European and national data protection legislation.
Retention periods.
Your personal data will be kept indefinitely by those referring to the creation and identification of a user profile on our website unless you exercise your right to delete and delete the active profile.
On the other hand, the identification and health data that you have provided to us by contracting the medical package or telemedicine will be kept in compliance with the guidelines and obligations of the national regulations on clinical documentation. Specifically, your data will be kept for at least twenty years under the clinical documentation regulations of the Region of Murcia. However, your health data may be blocked by the person responsible for treatment five years after the patient´s discharge.
Users rights
We inform you that you have the right to access the personal data relating to the subject data, and its rectification or deletion, or the limitation of its processing, or to oppose the processing, as well as the right to data portability. Likewise, all those express consents that you have granted us for the management of your personal data can be revoked at any time without affecting the processing carried out until that time.
On the other hand, if you consider that we have not managed your personal data correctly, you can go to the Supervisory Authority (www.aepd.es).
